Protip: if you want a free visit from your local fire department, make sure someone does a bad job installing your water heater, causing your carbon monoxide alarms to go off one Saturday morning.
Everything is fine, although I did embarrass myself asking them if I could take a picture for my blog.
Totally worth the embarrassment for that picture. Good thing you had a detector! Scary stuff...
