My parents live pretty close to Natural Bridge, which of course has the world famous Natural Bridge Zoo. It was pretty awesome. It was small enough that you could actually see all (and even interact with some) of the animals.
Anda pet a hippo
played peekaboo with a bear
got eaten by a snake
and even rode an alligator.
That last one looked real, didn't it?
These tigers were beautiful, but I'm more interested in Anda's Marlon Brando face here.
I guess most kids don't have a feeding/petting zoo up the street from their house, so I don't know how impressed Anda was with the goats, but it's always fun to feed animals.
She did get to feed and pet a camel, which was new.
Although she was not a huge fan of it trying to pet her back.
For such a small zoo, they really had a lot of animals.
And we really had a lot of fun.
